Horrible experience with the order delivery.. if there was negative rating i would have opt for that.. they tried to deliver my order in 1st attempt and they said i didn't recieve the call, 2nd attempt they didn't even call to ask for directions or anything and mentioned that customer did not accept the order.. when i called customer care service people, all they can say it "we are trying our best, please wait for 24 hours" since past two days.. never using xpressbees ever again in my life..

Terrible experience. The delivery person misbehaves and never drops the parcel at the given address. If you complaint then he calls and starts misbehaving asking you not to send complaint e-mails.
