Very bad service. Without verifying the address or calling the customer, these people make a remark that the address is wrong. Then their customer care talks on the phone as if there is a police station and the customer is a criminal. I had this experience last time also and this time again I have put a remark on the tracking site that the address is wrong.

The warehouse is big but their delivery time and services are slow. My own courier was 4 days late after the estimated delivery date and the other courier arrived 3 days in the warehouse but no one contacted me. I called the bluedart customer care and scheduled priority delivery yet nothing happened. So, on the other day I had no choice and visited this place and collected the courier by myself.
