Worst courier service centre ever. Government should ban this centre for non performing their duties and taking salary. Useless people sitting there. Delivery boy only knock the door once, if you don't pick on time they will never re attempt the delivery and even if you visit their office to pick your own stuff where you already paid the delivery charge they are so lazy to give you your own stuff and making excuses to come again next day and still I haven't got my stuff visiting there 2 days, they say they have returned the parcel without even giving me the parcel after visiting not even attempting the delivery. Worst service ever I got.

Such poor service , my delivery wasn’t attempted nd they said that im not available and not receiving calls but for the whole time i was at home and the delivery executive didn’t even call me. The executive’s number is also switched off its been a week my shipment is roaming here and there in siliguri

Tracking showed shipment to hub 4days ago but no phone calls or messages for delivery after that. I visited MATIGARA CENTRE in sep month. Two boys were there and they behaved good . From them I got to know that as I had b2b shipment (for heavy delivery they told that percel will be in main ware house FULBARI ware house but if u have for small percels u may contact subcentres like this ). Then we contacted Fulbari warehouse and they also told that delivery will be soon ... I know u may be watching this review because ur percels are not being delivered yet. But trust me contact them in centres they help well. 5 stars for cooperative boys but 3 stars for late delivery from the courier service company. Edit : today I got my parcel at 8 pm within the day of complain. So trust me go there and contact them so they can help you .❤️👍

Customer care response is pathetic...no support provided on mails and calls. Bad logistics company.
