One delivery executive has been so unprofessional in his work that has led to a constant struggle of mine for returning my product. He was not only unprofessional but he lacks some ethics as well while dealing with a client. They should seriously reconsider their recruitment policy and check all details while employing a guy whose work should not only be related to delivery but problem solving should also be a must requirement.

I have ordered vi vo T1x mobile it's showing that it have reached the siliguri hub on 31 july but it's almost 4th of Aug and the item is yet not delivered. They are just taking 3 more days more continuously and no as such steps are taken to deliver my order. As my order was told it will get deliverd within 2 days.
