I wouldn't even give them a single star , i had to travel 21 kms to reach there ,i also had to walk a km as well , i usually don't mind walking but most of order things online because we could recieve our packages without any hassle. If they couldn't deliver at my place they should have already mentioned it , these guys are wasting my money and time .Also the delivery guy gave me a freaking miss, call a freaking miss call , he didn't even bother to call me to say that my package couldn't be delivered and i had to pick it up.

Now, I am a little surprised thinking why they got such a low rating. Seeing this rating, even I was a little hesitant about sending my courier through them, but since my office has tie-up only with Blue Dart I had no other option. The day the courier reached this office, they called me clarifying on the delivery address. My prejudice thoughts did act and I was a little rude to the person on the other side. I was like "You have the address, you are supposed to deliver to that address, and not where I ask you to". The guy on the other side was extremely polite, he calmly said it would be delivered the next working day. Then later I realized that the address on the courier is not actually my address, it is Blue Dart's office address. My office sent it to their address, because my office thought that Blue Dart do not deliver it to my address. The deal was that I will go by myself and pick it from Blue Dart's office. I called the Blue Dart guy back. I told him that I can visit their office and pick it up from there. But he calmly replied saying that it is Ok, he can deliver it to my home. They did it the very next day. Thank you.

They canceled the delivery without calling even a single call and postponed the delivery. They didn't even know the landmark and sent a message. The matter was settled there. Shameless. Don't pay people @$$&(*& money like this. Don't use their services.

Most of the comments regarding this agency is correct. Please don't expect prompt delivery... They can't.... If you are office going, you may have to apply for one day leave to collect your courier....

The service is to bad. I got an email stating that my Bank welcome kit is being send though the Blue dart courier service and got an consignment number and a date. So after the 7 days from the delivery date it is still not been delivered and I contacted to their customer service and the call wasn't connecting and called the Blue Dart Neyyattinkara office and the phone was switched off. I went back to my bank and asked what is the issue I thought It's a mistake from the bank. So when I went there and enquired about it the told me the Blue Dart has returned the package back to the Bank. So I went to Blue Dart and asked them about it and the reason they provided was "our delivery guy is busy so he couldn't make it up to that route"... Seriously what a lame excuse. See I work in Banglore and my Bank Home Branch is at Banglore so Neyyattinkara is my native and my Residence. For this should I travel up and down. Thankfully I was in my native when these all things happened. So please Improve your service.
