I mentioned my address(Staying from last 30 Years in centre of kadapa) correctly, the delivery guy called me after 7pm and said will deliver tomorrow, and they updated the tracking as "Address is in correct" and after i enquiring the same, they came next day and delivered without any issues. Same thing happening from last 5 yrs again and again. Many times i went to physical shop and collected my courier. Worst management. Blue Dart company should cancel franchise to this particular team.
