If there is a star below 1 I will rate there! They never deliver anything. The best you can expect is, them calling you to inform please come and collect, there is no one to deliver. If you want at doorstep, it might take 5- 6 days more! Seriously are they tie up with DHL the world class courier? I would happily give 7star to relatively smaller courier company like "Delhivery" who is always prompt in their service.

They were very irresponsible and talked so badly. when the ordered item is arrived they don't even call or inform us and after reaching the office they will call and ask why you did not pickup the parcel. How will i know without informing me and not at all respond the phone calls also. very poor service.
