Update: For the last year, they are promptly calling and delivering without issues. Great improvement in service! Original: Its difficult to find such an irresponsible and unethical courier service in Kozhencherry. They neither inform about a courier nor show any interest to deliver it. At least three bank documents were sent back due to their negligence and arrogance. I had to go to the office in person almost every time to pick up the parcel. This office is an embarrassment to BlueDart and should be shut down at the earliest so that other courier services will be considered by the sender.

One of the worst courier service in the country. If you ordered anything and if courier comes to Blue Dart then just mind it "you are done" because they haven't heard about timeliness. I just wonder why the word "Express" is mentioned on the company name if they are unable to do prompt delivery service.

There is no door delivery. Even though I received a message stating the shipment is out for delivery I was asked later to collect it from their office. On enquiring further they tried to put the blame on seller instead of accepting their inability to deliver the package to the mentioned address. The staff were rude as well.

Service is horrible beyond what I can convey. I myself have escalated the issue on corporate level as these guys have returned multiple valuable assets without delivering. Based on their arrogance it won't be a surprise if they are shut down or destroyed by civilian uprising. There are countless accounts of service agreement violations, some even critical of pressing legal charges.

BLUEDART KOZHENCHERY IS LITERALLY THE WORST. I wish I could give them a ZERO rating. They expect us to go their office and collect our packages!! If they cannot deliver our orders, then why the heck do they call themselves a courier service? I don't understand. They are extremely unprofessional and take things personal. The owner is such a bad mannered, arrogant and rude person who keeps on lying, giving excuses and is extremely difficult to talk to. They just completely refuse to deliver my orders though they are prepaid. I legit have to beg them for my packages to get delivered. And when the concerned e- commerce site contacts them, they lie saying that the customer could not be reached on the given phone number! Or that there are address related issues. This is the worst courier service in the history of all courier services!!

This has to be the worst service around these areas. India post does a much better job. The employees here do not care about delivering on time or delivering at all. They simply ask you to collect it from their office. And I can't even begin to comprehend how so many relatives of the delivery boy passed away within a month!

I am giving one star because there isn't an option to rate it lower. They got my parcel, didn't even bother to call me and let me know and returned the parcel to Amazon saying my address is incorrect, like I don't know my own address. Whereas Delhivery and Ecom express delivered even though it was during a thunderstorm. I think Amazon should refrain from partnering with such pathetic companies. If there was an option to select your delivery partner I would have been more than happy to avoid Bluedart.

Then i collected it from their office personally. Going through the reviews, I understand this is their habbit. An important package got delayed by 4 days due to their arrogance.

Their license should be cancelled. I don't usually write reviews but this center needs to be closed. Once they receive the package, they will enter wrong consignee address and they never call or make an effort to deliver the package. ( The address is correct with pin code and contact number ) Home delivery is not available but at least call the consignee so we can go and pick it up. If we track the shipment and see its at their location and call in, they are so sloppy and rude on the phone that they would say the package hasn't arrived. We have to call multiple times even for that. So unprofessional!

Worst service ever. They never deliver your parcel to your home. In fact, they don't even call you and ask your address. Even if the address is quite obvious and easy to find, they update it as unreachable. The worst part is that they don't even call you and tell your parcel has arrived in the office. My son had an order to be delivered and was expecting blue dart to deliver it home like all other courier companies, but they never did. And when he called them and asked about the same, they told him to collect it from the office in a rude way. Worst service ever. I don't know whether it is common for all Blue dart offices as a whole or just the kozhencherry office, but I am leaning towards the latter. Gave 1star, because there is no option to give zero here.

Even if you go to the office to collect the courier they have very incompetent employees who don't know how to even retrieve package. Blue Dart DHL Office at KOZHENCHERRY, it’s nearby Muthoot Hospital beside the road goes to St Mary’s higher secondary school. The service is good, they don’t have packing materials for sending courier, so we have to pack well in a A4 Envelope( for envelope sized couriers) and submit. Minimum rate is 500₹ it seems, courier will not reach as they promise it will take one day extra than the days they promise. But it’s a reliable service at KOZHENCHERRY for sending couriers nationally and internationally.

worse service, I had a delivery from Amazon that was using blue dart service. I got a message saying that shipment is undelivered, when I call them they are saying they will deliver soon. Couple of days passed still no response. I am going to cancel my order. DONT USE BLUEDART service
