The delivery boy is very rude ( Chibbo area) and will not deliver my orders at the address mentioned in the order detail and returns it again and again instead of delivering giving the reason that I was not available. I confronted him in this regard and he flatly refused to deliver my orders. When I threatened to lodge complain against him he smirked and said it would not bother him and the office will not take any action against him. If I could give negative stars I would have given here....

Deliver boy did not deliver my product i was available at home also my mobile was active but they sends messages that i was not available. I called customer care 3 times they arranged delivery 3 times again but delivery boy didn't deliver my product. Worst experience

Most disappointing experience by the delivery person name Arjun darnal of kalimpong. He had my product but despite of delivering it to me I kept on receiving message stating I wasn't available where in I was home and my number was active. Tried calling him also but he just disconnects my call maybe he wants to keep my product as he might have liked it so much .
