There is no point of contact firstly. Don't you care to have an Official contact number for your business. Please have it. These people don't even attempt to deliver even after 1 week. on top of that they just update "customer not reachable" "address mismatch" .. etc. like these reasons not even attempting to call the person. Please choose an alternate courier partner my humble request. I had worst experiences with this PILER outlet.

I am supposed to get a parcel on 5th June 23 Today is 13th june 23 , still I haven't received it. I have been following up with incharge daily from day 1 and they give me lame excuses like tyre puncher, delivery boy forgot, on leave,.... daily 1 new excuse.

Pathetic service. They never deliver the products to your door step. We need to chase them and manually pick our products from their office. They will update false information like customer not available, incorrect address, Out of delivery area, etc.
