The one star is also high for this courier company, I got a call from the courier company today and the person name is Ravi,who talked with me rudly, he told me that we didint deliver ur product to dore step come and collect so and so adress that to in rude behaviour.. who ever managing these Gudur Blu dart, train them properly, how to talk with customer they don't have minimum commonsense The guy name is : Ravi Talking rudly he doesn't have minimum skill on how to talk with customer , how these courier company will hire these indecent behaviour people

And saying if u are not come today we will delivery product after 1 are 2 days due to overload... Its not fair ...... I used blue dart in city's its providing quality service....
