Very aggressive attitude.. Today 28.7.2020 went to Kumbakonam station due to i have 3 parcel from surat but received 1.. Simply the man told make Complaint.. 2 person in the station at Morning around 10.45 to 11 am....Very Worst Behaviour No respect on Customer.. one the person told why u told them to send by Ekart ... I ordered a phone in flipkart a couple of days ago by exchange my old smartphone which is Google pixel 3 priced for an exchange of ₹12750. As per the policy stated by the seller my phone doesn't have any physical damage or issues mentioned in it. But the wish master didn't deliver the order by stating that my phone doesn't qualify for the exchange which is ridiculous though my phone doesn't have any physical damage or water damage whatsoever. Moreover the wish master was very rude and didnt respond properly since I was asking him to show the policy for rejecting my order. ( Rajesh, Nasar Ekart Kumbakonam Town ) these two were interacting to me regarding the exchange in a very rude way and they simple locked the office door with no respect! This is so frustrating and annoying since that was a prepaid order and also this exchange was put on during a exclusive offer! Now the product is out of stock again and I could order another phone again but these irresponsible being may do the same thing and I don't want to go through that again.
