The location pinned on google maps is different from the location at which the actual office is situated at. However the address which is mentioned on google is correct hence, ask local people they will guide you to the shop... Coming to the service part - They are pathetic in terms of service...without even contacting the mentioned number on parcel they told that the address is not serviceable because they need additional landmark to reach the address ... Happened twice with me.. Had to actually go to the office and collect my parcel. The customer care executive does not help with the situation as they always says that we have mailed the office to do urgent delivery for you but no one replies from the office... At last would request you to Avoid this courier service in order to save your time and money.

It very frustrating, this people are extending the date of delivery on there own. They called me on 8:25 i didn't picked up, on 8:26 I called them they said we came to our office again, which is 8 km away from my location, even the owner is not so concerned. I told the owner that i need my parcel it's very urgent, he said I'll do something and then he didn't do anything. This people are not made for customer service, I don't think that they have guts to please the customer and understand the feasibility of service industry. It's worst scenario that they are getting feedback on the same from a long time but they don't want to understand where they lacking behind. Even a dog understand that they need to clean the place where they sit, but this people won't understand what is responsibility.

They never call you and mark an unsuccessful delivery. Always have to go to their office and collect the parcel myself. Worst service.

Scans your parcel for out of delivery and then don't delever No contact is also established by the delevery boys with the coustomer. Every parcel is delivered late and no information is given about delay
