I placed order on 05-10-2022. My order was out for delivery on 12-10-2022. When I called the delivery agent, he said he cannot find my name or product, asked me to call after some time. I kept calling every hour, he says he cannot find my name. When I last called in the evening at 7 p.m., he said he found my name and product miraculously, but refused to deliver the same saying his bike is under repair and promised will deliver next day. When I checked the status next day. The status went from "out for delivery" to "item reached the hub near you". When i checked ekart website, it showing delivery unsuccessful. Today is 15th October (promised date of delivery) afternoon 3 p.m. Till now product is not out for delivery. No call from Flipkart or delivery agent.
