Pathetic Delivery Service. Delivery staff is very irresponsible and unprofessional, they don't even pick the call and stays at home instead of delivering the products. I was supposed to recieve my order by afternoon but delivery agent didn't pick the call for whole day and when one call gets picked by-mistake then i got to know that he is chilling with his family at home as I can clearly heard the talks and also I have that call recording with me.

Very poor and worst. Overall they are thieves who are seeking a chance to loot ur house. They dont even update their proper address and phone numbers so that none should contact them or discover them. Their boys seek chance to mislead ur house members when u r not at home. In my case they collected cash on behalf of prepaid orders and on contacting them very painfully ignored us. Flipkart also cant resolved the issue since they have no powers and no rights and all the executives are dumb and numb to solve ur problems. They r dacoits.

Instacart's service is good for customers but delivery boy gets packet charges work Instacart should increase delivery service charge, Because the packet delivery charges are less at Rs 12, petrol has become expensive, according to this, at least Rs 14 or Rs 15 should be given for delivery.
