Oh lord! Such a pathetic service, they didn't contact me and i got message that customer is not available. This whole drama continued till 1 week and atlast i have to go to their lame office to recive my own parcel.

Experiencing worst situation with this delivery service from last two days they are not delivering my parcel to me no phone calls from the delivery guy yet I recieve a msg that I was not available the customee care even assured that I will recieve my parcle within 24 hr and I have not recieved it yet.

worst service...they will not contact and will update customer not available...service center will say it will be delivered by today daily...till you go to their office to collect.
