Very pathetic person working here they call me and say that you've to pickup your order from this BD hub we don't deliver to your village which's just 6 km in radius of city. Means I'm still laughing at them like they're not even doing the only work given to them. Wake up lazy wake up !!! I want to rate this minus infinity ♾️ for their freaking work which they don't even do 🤖.

BlueDart office is a mess. The service is good but not great. Sometimes you get the message that the parcel is arriving but you don't get it the whole day. I went to the office twice to take it myself. The price is higher than many other courier service providers.

I went there to send a courier to Bombay and there was a delivery right outside the office in the parking lot and I asked "office andar hai tumhara?" And he said "kaam kya hai bataiye", then I told him about parcel I had to send and he replied "bhaiya bahut mehenga hai mat bhejo faltu pese barbaad ho jayenge, speed post kardo". And now these 4 stars are for that delivery man who shared some knowledge about sending couriers. Thanks dude!!!

Don't believe in this Bluedart outlet. Simply liar and irresponsible Bluedart staff. Recently my credit card came from icici bank. These people simply without delivery attempt on my office address given door lock remarks and next day also not came for delivery then I reached Bluedart outlet next day at 19.00 Hrs. then only received my parcel and also these liar staff simply send delivery message to me that your parcel delivered by Bluedart at 14.00 Hrs. Very pathetic experience.
