I hate this courier service. Their delivery boys never contact to customers they directly return the percel without asking address a single time. If we ask for contact numbers then they told us that they don't have any contact number of delivery boy. I hate this courier service. They have worst service all the time. They will update out for delivery status by self without informing to person and at last they will return courier. Sometimes they will ask to come to collect personally. If you won't show up they will return it.

Very incompetent and unprofessional staff. My passport is pending to be picked by them but they have been delaying it from last 8 days while it's just 1 km from thier centre even after many escalation calls. Heights of ignorant and unprofessional attitude. DTDC centre in hardoi has far better services.

Better to go with other courier services. Their delivery person sleeps all day and do nothing. They mark your order undelivered and ultimately cancel your order. I have used their service thrice and still same service. I would like to thanks Vishal who is managing hardoi bluedart is doing perfect work to frustrate their client. Kudos Hardoi bluedart!!
