Worst Courier Company ever. The delivery boy don't know 80% of the addresses. He will call you only once and if you are unable to answer due to network problem he will simply return the parcel saying Consignee out of station. Even India Post is better than this.

Worst service ever. They takes long time to delivery. Rough behavior of the agents. Once they delay the delivery 3 days after reaching the final delivery station. Just because, it was quite raining. But all other courier services were actively doing their work. Sometimes they don't come at house/Hostel. Rather they call in another place to take products.

The worst service one can ever have. The customer care is the worst thing I have seen. The delivery service is inefficient. They ask the customers to pick up their stuff. I have placed a complain against the service, but they are ignorant.

Its simply pathetic. My house is in walking distance from the blue dart office and still they have mentioned address not found for a courier that was addressed to me. I went to thier office and collected the parcel.

Horrible!! They should not open up office if they cannot do what is expected of them. They don't pick up call, they didn't bother to reach out to the address of delivery. They simply mentioned that the address was not found. I don't understand how can an address that has been there for more than 20 years is not found by them? In a place as small as Jalpaiguri, which can be fully covered in a bicycle, they could not find an address! They didn't even bother to call and ask about the location. I found out when I tracked the courier number. I really wish to escalate this. They should better shut down than deliver such service.

When parcel reach Jalpaiguri office take 3-4 days minimum to deliver it within Jalpaiguri. Show attitude towards customer and threatens them that they throw away their parcel outside and to deliver it they ask for extra money as chargers

Bluedart takes 1 day to reach Jalpaiguri from Bombay but bluedart takes 4 days to deliver from Jalpaiguri to Jalpaiguri wow. Worst service no phone number included very very late. Also if I book any pickups they will say there is no pickup registered in this AWB no. But it's showing on bluedart tracking site. I will say not to book any pickups with bluedart and also if anything arries by bluedart than you have to wait just 3-4 days after reaching Jalpaiguri 🤬. Thay should not do there jobs if they are hay problems delivering.

The package arrived at main office in 6th June Saturday, they couldn't attempt the delivery as there was rain , so the just called me and told to take the package from office, then comes Sunday ,it was their holiday, funday!!!! ... In Monday they didn't bother to make any attempt to deliver the package , after that Tuesday they deliver package... Bad experience...

The executives at these place are fraud and they are only sitting for taking money..no customer service..the executives assured they will be delivering the courier in 72 hrs and they took 19 days still they were not able to deliver the courier to the destination and I had to call their customer service head to get the courier delivered

If i can i gave a big 0 star,worst currier service i hv ever seen,last time the currier boy took 100 more from my maid and now they say they cant find my address so product undelivered whereas they even dont call me to ask abt address,how could they do so when we pay delivery charge.they must be banned.chhhiiiiii I will write to shop clues that they should not send product through ur currier.
