Kunnamangalam blue dart agency is among those who are very reluctant to do door delivery. They called me after verification and said they will come after noon. It is the team that returned the insurance card and irda license that came to me saying that there is no address.

When I informed that I will makeaint regarding this, they are telling that, "you can do whatever you want". Terrificexperience!!! I bought 3 items from an online shopping site and one of the item has delivery through blue dart. I have clearly mentioned my address with pin code and got free delivery. 2 them got delivered by respective delivery agents, but blue dart executive said that they don't have service in my area so they will only come midway, the fact is I'm residing 5 km away from their office. What I understood is, for them free delivery means when the customers are free they have to go blue dart office and collect the item, if we don't they will simply send an SMS saying that we're rescheduling delivery as customer was unavailable. And then they will return the courier to seller.
