Very bad service. Waiting for my shipment from Nov 25, but nobody is calling me, and I am getting msg everyday for delivery. On their website they are mentioning that the consignee has been shifted to another place. Even if I am shifted to another place, they should have called me to confirm the address.

I ordered a product and a logistics partner is bluedart . They are irresponsible. They haven't even contacted me and they updated that consignee payment is not ready ... Worst experience

Very bad delivery experience. Bluedart has brought my package at the Allahabad center, from there the lazy delivery boy never took the packet, instead marked that th e consignee is not available. It was expected to be delivered on July 2. After trying multiple times ultimately yesterday I was able to contact the bluedart customer care, raised a complaint, still no delivery has been made. I am extremely worried whether they stole my package.

Worst service Delhivery, ecom express are far better than Bluedart. Bluedart's delivery is never on time. Status for my order was visible, now it says record not found. My earlier product was kept in kanpur for 3-4 days Most pathetic service

Very poor services, they return the parcels mentioning 'Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Incorrect' while other courier and India post delivers on the same address without any hassle. also, I do remember, one of my parcel was delivered after lot of escalation but packet was already opened and few chocolates were consumed by the delivery person. Better to avoid this courier company at least for Prayagraj location.
