There was a petrol pump but i couldn't find out the logistics and when I tried calling someone no one answered my call and when I asked locals they said there is no such logistics in this area. Ekart is the worst delivery partner they never call and return the item ordered back to the company l.

I have booked a item and for that I received a call from corrier man today 01.34pm and asked to get ready at your doorstep because he is just reaching. I waited for half an hour but he didn't came. I have called to delivery man as well as customer care they assured me that my order will deliver by evening 07pm but I received a message at 6pm that my order has not been accepted during delivery and is being returned to seller. What a fun.

If your parcel is coming through E-Kart Logistics courier in Raebareli just cancel the order or wait for about 15 days as they thave delivered my all the parcels taking more then 10 days.

Very poor service my product has been arrived 3 days earlier but then also on the day of delivery I got message that I'll receive my product after 3 days. So basically it is late for 6 days and still I haven't received my package. VERY POOR SERVICE. FLIPKART should avoid using this courier service.
