Worst courier service ever! If you want to send away a parcel and just don't care if it ever gets delivered or stays infinitely at the courier service centre, then go for it. Because these guys will tell you that you entered the wrong address etc etc and keep you waiting for days.

I also face problem with fraud call they intimate themself as bluedart customer care and told me that sir your pincode is wrong for changing your pincode you have to provide card details for registration correct pincode. This fraud call happen only just after I try to contact bluedart. This is coincidence which bluedart have to bothering about....their customers safety....

I informed at their service center they told me we will enquire you within 24hrs but today it's been 5days no response from their end. I am in tension because of them they just handover my bank related courier in unknown's hand .

Booked very important parcel in 24 hour format, in my msg box they sent a link & it was showing out for delivering. I was waiting for their call, but hadn't contacted me. The next day it was showing in-complete address. When I contacted the customer care executive, she was saying " Sir, your contact no. wasn't mentioned in the address. I don't know how they sent the link on my same contact no. In this digital era they think people are fool. Whenever my parcel arrived they asked me to pick up from there branch. Worst service ever. ☹️☹️☹️☹️

Worst bluedart service from geetanagar rishikesh branch. They will never call you, and update wrong status like address incomplete, wrong address. My shipment was there from almost 5 days and they never contacted me, and when I went to Bluedart rishikesh branch, the guy told me that "sir ladke Kam hai aur workload bahut zaada , isliye deliver nhi Kar paaya hoga" , and in status they update incomplete address.
