Worst service never. Don't trust on blue dart courier service if you want delievery on time. They promise for 3 working days but always delay it by 2-3 days. I ordered medicines from Blue dart they always delayed the courier. From last 3 instances I am not receiving my courier in time. I called blue dart customer care multiple times but they were least concerned about your problem. No mater how critical the situation is they always have a monotonous answer that w"will look into it and try to prioritize shipment" but they never do. Three times they delayed medicine being aware that these are CANCER medicines, this itself shows they don't care about customer and the money customer paid to them and the trust customer shows. DONT TRUST IN BLUE DART SERVICES. THEY ARE NOT THE ONE WHO STAY IN THEIR COMMITMENT.
