One of the best company for courier delivery... But one of the poor service provider in hamirpur (H.P). Rude behaviour staff... Doesn't deliver courier on time... Every time giving reason for not delivering courier (consignee adress not traceable/ landmark needed). Didn't received any call from their end...... Improve your customer service and behaviour and way of talking with consumer... Customer feedback should be implemented after delivery of courier...
