Mr. Ajay Rawat, Manager Ekart logistics, J K Road, Bhopal, does not want to handle customer grievance and therefore, has strictly asked his delivery executives not to share his numbers. He is not capable of handling his team also. His delivery executive Abhishek who suppose to deliver my order on 10th kept on saying that I am coming last T 11.30pm and didn't turned till midnight. My order was under custody of Mr. AJAY RAWAT, and he was least bothered to send it next day, on reaching flipkart with multiple complains, I received my order on 12th October. This is for sure that Mr. Rawat is not responsible and serious for his job responsibilities. I don't know who will take this feedback, but this should be checked for a strict action against Mr. Rawat and Abhishek.
