Very bad experience. they sent damaged laptop.for that I have paid 25k.when we asked the staff, they answered recklessly, for the damage of any, they have no responsibility. They charged 2500/- for the same laptop from Khammam to Hyderabad and they answered very recklessly It is said that valuable items should be sent carefully.

They never call you on time. They will recklessly update the reason for delay in the delivery as customer wanted it to delay. After keeping the item with them for 2-3 days they call you and ask whether to deliver it or not. Why would someone order something and ask not to deliver. They call you only once and then won't answer you when you call back. I request bluedart to change the manager of Khammam wing or stop your operations in Khammam someone else will get an opportunity.
