Attitude of the manager very bad.Worst delivery service ever. Even after going to their warehouse can not get my parcel. The manager gave his word that the order will be delivered next day but it did not. Delayed for over 4 days. The delivery boys did not deliver on purpose. The policy of the company is very bad. The manager does not know how to talk to his employees especially the guard as he threw away the chair on which he was sitting. No wonder the performance of the company is bad.

Ekart is very unprofessional and crazy noobs. I ordered my TV, I waited whole 5 days to get the delivery, in the evening I got the message that the product is rejected and not accepted by the customer. The fun part is they never tried to contact me, they never met me, never called me. Their customer care numbers are not reachable, I contacted Flipkart and their customer care disconnected the call twice after checking my issue.
