Worst experience of my life. Delivery agent refused to give my parcel at my doorstep location than I visited the office there also they are not responding professionally. It was a horrible experience. Disappointing disgusting and completely horrible.. Higher authorities should take some strict action about this.

50-50 bcoz sometimes their service was superb & sometimes they don't even deliver the parcels we have to go their ofc for collecting it

Worst ever courier services. My courier was expected to arrive by 18th July but they haven't even delivered yet(22 July). They claimed that they came but I wasn't home and i wasn't picking up the call which is again a lie. I didn't receive even a single call from them and nor did they came as I was home whole day. And the worst part, they don't even pick up the call. It always shows to be busy. It's my helplessness that I am giving even a single star to them.

Worst service, Delivery executive neither showed up on the given address nor called once, and declared that no one is available at the time of delivery, customer service number is always busy so unable to lodged any complaint, i have been at home for two days waiting for the shipment but i am getting messages that product is undelivered since i am unavailable. Still don't know for how many more days i have to wait.

Pathetic Service and delays as if they own the Delivery. I have a critical courier from Banglore that has been received locally by these bafoons at least 5 days back and they have not arranged for delivery even till the time I am writing this review. Basically, even this 1 Star is very high for them. The local team is seriously Pathetic and BlueDart needs to take these unprofessional guys up for a training and ensure that they work better. Trust me with a newer Delivery Network, Amazon does much better job and they never miss a beat to excel in their delivery timelines.
