Truly unprofessional, their numbers are not reachable or they don't answer. It's fourth day my parcel reached Aurangabad, they haven't delivered yet. When I checked online, there's message wrong pincode shipment redirected to same awb. I could see this since last three days, in short its roaming in whole aurangabad as they can't track right pincode but other couriers find it very easy to deliver at my location.
