I just ordered from and the delivery person arrived at my doorstep when I told him to come to the back side of the house because this is a PG and they don't allow me to go on the front side he just denied. I told him it is just about 200 to 300 m and he got a go there very easily in under a minute he replied that he won't come and won't deliver and rudely he disconnected the call, I even tried to call him back but the answer was still very rude. He did not wanted to listen to me even. There could be anything inside the courier, there could be medicines and even something that is required urgently. We're the customers and we should be treated with atleast some respect and this type of behaviour should not be tolerated.

Worst staff I ever dealt with in my life. I was unable at the time of delivery i asked them to come at another time they neither came nor replied to me.Then i went to there office they refused to give me my consignment and told we deliver it to you tomorrow on new address where you want it delivered but next day the delivery refused to come there misbehaved on phone and told me to call the company, i am not going to deliver your consignment.

Twice I experienced that without visiting your place their delivery man reported that recipient was not at home. When I visited their office they refused to deliver at Sector 8 Chandigarh office. Told that it will be delivered around 5/6PM. I being a doctor is waiting at my residence. Till 7 PM no one turned up. It has an important document.

Not professional. Didn't check the stock and asked me to leave by saying that the delivery person would reach at your destination with parcel. Afterwards, i call the delivery executive but he said that he doesn't have my parcel. When i again call to the office executive,he told that yes, my parcel at the office. Ran twice just fir his mistake. I requested to deliver at home but denied and even not apologize for his mistake. Pathetic services.

So an honest review I want to give. Today was my delivery scheduled and without getting the message of out of delivery, I directly get a status that "Customer" meaning I, requested for a future delivery. I dint even had a word with them. Moreover, they have a toll free KIND of number and when I try to contact that, WE get charged 2 rs on airtel and 1 rs on BSNL for every call NO MATTER IF THEY are even busy, Thats a nice business idea ? Ins't it ?
