Very bad service. In case of emergency, you are not able to contact the delivery person. Customer care doesn't know about delivery person details and they are not able to communicate with the delivery person. Every time you have to call only customer care which did not provide proper information about your parcel exact location. Every time a call is disconnected automatically or you hear some disturbing noise in the middle of the call if you are trying to convince the customer care executive.
