Was the best courier service in mokokchung but these days, the service is becoming very bad especially the delivery boy. Doesn't even know how to deal and talk with customers. He is a very arrogant person need to sensitize them on this matter. So very unprofessional. They must make it mandatory on their part to deliver at the given address instead of asking us to pick it up from a particular point or the office.he even had the audacity to tell us that he can't come searching for the address. Even after giving detailed shop address.
