few monts ago they didn't deliver my parcel and the excuse is the address is unlocatable and they return my parcel to sender and that is so unproffesional but yesterday i recive my another orders from bluedart in evening they are slightly late but atleast they deliver my parcel so 4 stars for bluedart because atleast now they deliver the parcels.........

I missed the call of delivery man and called back within a minute. He said he will deliver after 30 minutes but instead marked the delivery as incomplete address. I called the customer service for 2 hrs and rescheduled it for next day but haven’t received so far.

Lazy a$$ people istg. Updating the address as “unlocatable” when you didn’t EVEN TRY to deliver the product 😂. Every other courier service locates my address in seconds n here is blue dart, can’t find my address n still not contacting the customer to ask for help wow! This is beyond my understanding how people want to do no work whatsoever but still want to get paid. Pathetic staff, very irresponsible n not at all dedicated to their work.

If you can avoid it, please do and ship via any other courier service. It's been multiple times that I need to escalate my shipments through customer care even when they're received in the office early morning and still don't go out for delivery the same day(even when the expected delivery day agreement was already breached).

These people do not deliver stuff and make excuses. Marked my delivery address as incorrect but every delivery service, be it Delhivery, Ekart, Amazon or even India Post, finds the address. It was out for delivery in the evening. They would have thought "Yeah,good enough for today" and marked my address as incorrect. What the problem is that now I have to go here and there to find out if they can deliver now, and how. And I have to give them "UPDATED CORRECT ADDRESS". Never use BlueDart. Worst logistics solutions company.
