Bluedart doesn't provide any contact details for the local warehouse for any sort of enquiry, you'll have to call the customer care, wait for long to speak to an executive and then will you be updated about anything you may want to know. Also when the courier is out for delivery, they dint provide any detail as to who will deliver or any contact detail of the delivery person, I mean for the price you charge for any postage these are few things you expect a courier service company to provide. They deliver your courier safely but the convenience of using their service is below grade.
