I would give zero star if I could. Somebody has already said that they have pathetic services. I must say that that is an understatement. They don't provide any services at all. It's a scam. Let me share my story. I was supposed to receive some documents from the bank and on the day of the delivery, I received a call from them. Well, not exactly. I was watching something on the phone. The call window blinked for just a moment which means someone was calling me but dropped the call as soon as he heard the caller tune. I received no more calls. Later in the day I received a message that my package had been delivered which was not true. So I checked that phone number on Truecaller and figured out that it was their phone number and returned a call. They said They called me several times, as I didn't receive the call, they had to return. And as they had their points to achieve, by mistake they showed my item to be delivered. They said that my parcel would be delivered the next morning. I was disturbed but still agreed to that. And that's how another ordeal started. Next morning when the parcel was not delivered, I called them in the afternoon and they said that it would be delivered by evening. In the evening when it was not delivered, I called them, they didn't pick up the call. Next day, I called them in the morning, they didn't pick up the call. I called them again in the afternoon, they picked up the call and said that the parcel would be delivered by evening. I was agitated. I said that their behaviour was highly suspicious and irritating. The product was not delivered that evening too. It was not even delivered the next day. As I was out of station, and my parents were unable to visit their office, I came the next day and visited their office but nobody was seen. I called them up. Later in the day, they delivered the product at my home. I would suggest, try Indian post. They are much more reliable. They have tracking system, and also a grievance cell. Blue Dart doesn't even have a free customer care service and their tracking system is ridiculous.
