Damn very very bad delivery agents and ekart and flipkart are just mediators they do not take responsivity of products . I think we should not encourage online shopping through flipkart or Amazon. they do not have proper customer service redressal portal everything is automated through IVR, why should we make these Flipkart so called a delivery agent or name sake courier company just like any other courier company (Blue dart, UPS etc) rich. Paying our money. lets go buy things directly from show rooms rather than buying through these courier company called Flipkart they are becoming rich with our commission and they do not have proper customer care now a days. when they do no take responsibility of their sellers why are they allowing sellers for registration and selling on flipkart.

Horrible service. They haven't delivered a product which was supposed to come one week ago. Flipkart is not recieving any calls or responding and blaming on logistics. When I called logistics they said they don't have complete address. It is added and now when I called the person in charge he rudely disconnected the call and blocked the number. Pathetic service and zero manners.
