Last year nykaa pink sale I've ordered some products in offer. I gave my address it's out for delivery but the person is telling me to go to another place not at my home to receive the parcel. Reading many bad reviews for this courier service. I have personally used them on 3 occasions, the latest being this evening and the service and delivery personnel are excellent. On time delivery as well as polite over the phone while asking for directions. All in all would surely recommend.
