Worst service ,they hold my parcel up to 3 days from out for delivery,when I visited their place asked about my parcel ,they replied me ,we called you sir ,but your phone got not reachable,then I asked that person's to show me the call list of you to which number you called, bug there is no answer,myself I took my huge parcel through bike toy place ,they didn't even help me ,bit giving suggestions to me take the parcel through auto ,its just for hundred rupees sir

Worst service ever, even that 1star is unworthy. It has been 2weeks that I ordered dresses for a new born baby. It reached to eluru this branch 10days ago. And it is still with them. The little new born grown to one month now. But still with them they neither return and deliver it. Waste of this branch here.

Very bad experience with xpressbees. 1 star is also not worth for this service. I didn't receive any call from the delivery person, but the status wrote as customer not available. I ordered dress and it's reached eluru at 11th still they didn't delivered the product. They didn't even respond calls n emails. Worst service.
