Incorrect location updated on Google map and delivery staff refused to deliver the courier at the specified home address. Location on Google map shows near Muthoot Hospital, Pathanamthitta but the actual location is beside Samagra Store, Shutter junction, Pathanamthitta-Omalloor Road.

The worst courier service that I have ever seen. We dropped the items at the Pathanamthitta branch on a Friday. They accepted the items. The next day, we received a call wherein we were informed that we would need to provide boxes too. So we did! We took 4 boxes as asked but, they decided to pack them into 3 boxes instead. When we followed up after two days, the items had still not shipped because guess what? They needed to repack the items into 4 boxes and they "did not have the required packaging material" !!! So my boxes were with them for 6 full days. Finally, I had to ask for the items to be returned because they wouldn't reach on time. What's even worse is that there was no proactive intimation about these delays and they kept providing the same delivery date! Despite being told the urgency, they didn't even try. Just a bunch of lethargic folks. Will never trust them again. Please don't waste your time, effort and money specially if you are shipping the items outside India

The office is on the main road.The staff is very friendly and easy to book your courier. The office is at a turn on the main road so easy to miss it if you are not paying attention.The office is after KTM showroom and before Mount Zion hospital. The google location is incorrect.
