My shipment should have been delivered today as I was tracking every step. While tracking it displayed shipment out for delivery and after 1 or 2 hours they declared CONSIGNEE NOT AVAILABLE without even contacting via phone. Such a unprofessional behaviour. All people should complain to there head office.

My father bank cheque book to delivery on other person. Very Bad services, and delivery staff is now doing bad.....they just return package...or give some bad reasons to not deliver the package....like prohibited area or Address not proper etc...they have the contact details...if some problem they can contact....but they do not....its its really very bad.... If google rating will be provide negative I will give negative rating for Kanpur Staff.
