Such a worse service. First of all their employees/agent are terrible. They don't know how to talk. And also they will never deliever your product. You have to go urself to pick ur order. I odered my product on 23 Nov and it's been 15 days now but still not delivered. And it arrived at sehore office after 7 days but they still couldn't deliver it just 5 km away in 8 days. And now they are saying that address is incomplete. Like whattt??

My order has to be delivered since last three days but delivery boy did not come to place the order mentioning out of station, customer care also does not give contact number of delivery boy, is the service useless, does not even call the receiver or is out of delivery Does,

This was the worst service I've ever seen. First of all, their site doesn't show status of the shipment. Secondly, their pickup agents doesn't behave good. They always procrastinate. You need to call them at least 50 times. All these agents have very lame excuses. They're just so much busy in doing nothing. Thirdly, No direct customer care service person to directly talk to. It is a crime to expect good service from them.

3rd class courier. I booked my order on 28 December. I have not received my order even till 15 January. Even after the parcel arrived in Sehore Hub on 8.01.20, it was not delivered to the 20 km address. This is the most useless 3rd class courier service in history. If you order from Myntra or any other site, then file a complaint to them that you should not send any parcel from Express Bees courier.
