They don't have service to many areas. Surprisingly many times, they won't inform about this at the time of sending courier. Ones my certificate got returned as they didn't have service to my home town. The nearest office didn't even show the courtesy of calling and informing me about the parcel, before returning it. Or else, I could have atleast collected from their office. You guys should not run a courier business, if you can't provide proper service, or deliver the items to receiver!!!

The worst service I experienced from a reputed brand.These people holding the package 2-3 days with them until the addressee go and collect from their place .When we asked the reason they told they called but no response, same time I never received any call from their end.This is my second experience.
