The worst courier service ever. I do not know why corporates in India use your services. Your staff is incorporative, you make false promises and then give false updates. They will not even try to deliver your package and mark it as 'address unavailable', 'consignee unavailable' or will mark it as 'Holiday, Delivery On Next Business Day'

Worst service 😡😡 no delivery even after 20days of consignment arrived, no single call received. Everyday update fake reason on portal that wrong pin,code wrong address. I am receiving all couriers from other companies but here i will give a big ZERO FOR SERVICE😡😡😡😡

If i can give you minus rating i will give -10. Your services are rubbish.every single time when something is carried by bluedart i have to face many problems like pin code wrong and many more other problems only with bluedart like there is no other deliver partner with them there is not a single problem and if i have to make a call to sort the problem bluedart charge 2rs per 2 second wow what a service worst service as always. Thank you

Very poor service even small companies are providing better service in comparison to bluedart. THEY ARE LITERALLY FOOLING AROUND AND NOT DELIVERING THE PACKAGE INTENIONALLY AND GIVING FALSE CLAIMS THAT THE ADDRESS COULD NOT BE LOCATED. THE ADDRESS IS PERFECTLY FINE ALONG WITH THE VALID PINCODE AND LANDMARK. THAT ADDRESS IS STILL IN USE WITH MANY E-COMERCE WEBSITES AND THEY NEVER HAD ISSUES WITH THE ADDRESS EVER. THE PARCEL IS STILL IN THE SERVICE CENTRE AND HAS NEVER BEEN SENT FOR DELIVERY NOR I RECEIVED ANY CALL FROM BLUEDART FOR THE UNLOCATABLE ADDRESS. BLUEDART HAS JUST BEEN LYING ALL THIS WHILE. HAD THE ADDRESS NOT BEEN LOCATED, I WOULD HAVE RECEIVED THE CALL FROM THE DELIVERY PARTNER. BUT IT DIDNT HAPPEN UNLIKE OTHER ECOMERCE WEBSITES.

Very bad courier service. There is no one to listen to the customer.Keeps the customer standing for 2-2 hours just to track the consignment.The security guard also does the incharge ship because whole administration keeps on meeting. Don't go here for the courier service. #1 no. Ghatiya courier service.
