The gwalior delivery service seems to be too casual about delivery. Never called up if hey faed any issues in entry yo my location..just conveniently did not deliver an updated status on failed delivery on their website. There is no direct office number available for gwalior. Now I have to wait over the weekend and wait to see if anyone ever calls up on monday and also hope like hell that they don't return back the parcel without even calling. That parcel was important for me on Saturday. Someone responsible from BLUE DART if you are reading, please do something about such practices. It's ur reputation.

It has been three hours since it is showing out for delivery, I haven't received any call yet, I have to leave soon for office, the stuff being delivered to me is very heavy otherwise I would have picked it up myself, they should be more responsible and contact the concerned person and give them a window for delivery atleast. Services here definitely needs an upgrade.
