As mentioned by others in the review, the only motive of the delivery person is to reject the exchange of the mobile and loot the customer. I believe they have an understanding with Flipkart so that they can extract maximum money to the customer. Avoid Flipkart and this delivery company at any cost.

Not Worth For a star.If i put some star then only Review will post .I ordered Redmi note 7s mobile in Flipkart and i put product exchange for that.Delivery person came to delivery a mobile.I bought lot of product in flipkart even mobile exchange.but this person main motive is to reject my exchange mobile even though i didn't have any crack in my screen,My phone is in working condition everything is fine but he said my mobile charge port was damaged.If charge port was damaged means how charge will charged to my mobile.I asked him to check whether the charge is charging or not while u plugin the charger.but he said sir if you plug charger charge will work but charge port is damaged.he said.Model of the charge pattern looks like only. He take more tha 20 minutes to complete that process finally he said i wont take this phone as replacement.If it was really damaged i will accept it.but it was working fine.very very very worst experience i faced ever.
