Very poor courier service and very rude behavior of the staff. My parcel was received by them on 13th May but they did not deliver the parcel to me for 15 days and wrote an uncompleted address. I myself went to his office to get my parcel but still he did not give me the parcel and said that there is no light to come tomorrow. i hate blue dart courier services.

Worst services they ask you to take from the city or somewhere on the shop at local city , no doorstep services, I don't know why they take those orders if they couldn't deliver it. If we have to come to the city to take it why we should order online and wait for 5-6 days to come we will directly go to city and purchase it from there itself . Nice joke !

I had to pay bills for my mother who is suffering from covid I didn’t had money i somehow manged to get a credit card which was to delivered by blue dart but they said it’s confidential we can’t deliver to your location as it in farm near Gadarpur soo they didn’t i asked thm that can i pick up and they said no and that did wonders in my life I couldn’t pay my bills and couldn’t arrange money from else where for further treatment. Thank god my mum is fine but these guys screwed me

These people don't care about your package..... doesn't matter, how important it is... My package is not delivered yet .. It has been more than 2 weeks (14days).. Only they send you tracking information mentioning that :- "your address not found". No replies on mail , no one will pick up call for your query.

They people were scanning all parcel and no one was caring about safety. Everyone there was thinking the parcels as volleyball or rather football. Worst people....

Your delivery boy even not come to my village. He was calling me and telling me that he is not having any other parsel in that location and he was asking me to come 3-4 km far from my home. This is your service, I am very dispointed by this. I ordered that earphone for my sister to gift him but till now I have not get my order. I have pay extra money to deliver my order at my home on time but your delivery boy don't want to come to delivery location. I am very upset by your service, now iam unable to gift earphone to my sister.

BlueDart is one of the leading courier company but the hub here in kashipur is the worstest one. People working there are not at all professional, they don't give any value to the coustomer and not at all responsive, they don't even care about the coustomer's service or urgency of anything. They work according to their comfort and wish. Ex. : one of my order was already reached but they didn't even call me and without any notice they marked it undelivered and scheduled it for next day. Neither these guys answer any calls or respond to any issues. One of the pathetic courier provider in Kashipur. If you're from kashipur never ever go with BlueDart of kashipur branch. Will suggest you to go for DTDC or Trackon or else you may also regret like others.

Pathetic service, no concern for customer, total incompetence and unprofessionalism. My Fastag was sent by HDFC bank through Bluedart and it remained stuck at Blue Dart Centre KASHIPUR for 09 days and even without making an effort to deliver it, they sent it back to the originator. Now I am stuck without Fastag as neither this one is delivered nor I can order or apply for second one as that is against the rule. Hellish experience
