Such a bad service this store is providing and has no proper behaviour. They are not even speaking politely. They are asking customers to come and collect the product instead of delivering. Such a worst experience I faced and didn't expect this will happen from such a reputed company. Thanks a lot. Hope I will get a solution to my issue soon and this shouldn't happen with other customers.

Worst service ever . They dont provide you with delivery persons numbers and never make delivery on time. Even customer care number is not toll free, they even charge us for that

The cost is high compared to DTDC and they didn't change if we ask for to vary the price but in DTDC you can negotiate the price what they quoted and the delivery is peaceful... Hope you understand and the review is totally my experience when I visited the branch it may varies to person to person.. I am not a paid reviewer to any brand i give my honest review.. 😊😊

Best service. I got my document posted to Delhi from Guntur on Saturday evening 6pm. It reached Delhi on monday morning 8am (delivered). Rs 500 only. Best of Best service. Highly recommended

Not yet all satisfy with the delivery by Blue dart Guntur. Entire day got wasted to know when the product will be delivered. It is common sense if the product is out for delivery , at least as a courtesy the delivery boy or from the Blue Dart office should call customer when the product will be delivered. Apart from this delivery boy when asked for help he simply refused to do so instead after delivering the product asked for MAMULI ( Dude in what sense he asked for MAMULI). If customer is satisfied with the service obviously he/she will give has tips. Please Blue Dart look into these issues or else you may loose the customer base.

DONT OPT BLUEDART, Guntur location in case of mobiles or exchange related items. WORST SERVICE....CARELESS STAFF... staff are careless about the customer products and to provide service . The agency don't provide any delivery guy's contact number by SMS, provide customer care number If the delivery person don't wish to deliver simply they fakely update …CONSIGNEE NOT AVAILABLE if you don't got product on estimated date after it reached to the hub...you immediately go to the office and get, otherwise it will be returned even without intimation ---bluedart don't have open delivery also and works only on working days and in working hours. FINALLY DONT GO FOR BLUEDART IN GUNTUR REGION …..u will definitely suffer.
