Actually I don't wish to give even 1 star... Totally waste... Better they can close the shop and go home. My courier is roaming around for last three days. Still not delivered and even they not attempted a call to me. Simply they mention unlocatable location in the status tracking. Worst service and blue dart loses it's reputation by these kind of employees. Blue dart should be ashamed for appointing this kind of people.

Frauds. Worst service. They simply state no such consignee at the Said address, without even attempting to deliver the consignment. My live got completely dried due to the dellay of ten days in delivering the consignment. Now for the past three days I am waiting for another parcel. Nobody contacted me, but the status is showing no such consignee, even though the address and phone no are with them. Total waste of timing in contacting the customer care.

Would have loved to rate you 0 or less! Without even contacting me, they have marked my parcel status as customer refused to accept it. Which customer?? As i wasnt contacted at all! And always sending your out for delivery text alerts after 6 pm. Does your concern open only at that time? If you can't deliver due to your own fault, mark the status as :unable to deliver due to shortage of delivery staff. Don't put unnecessary blame on the customers. And as everyone has mentioned there is no proper customer support as well. If you can't deliver, don't accept the parcels at the booking center. Simple!

Very poor delivery. I tried to track the delivery boy number for the past 3 weeks and I complained to the customer care. I am from tamilnadu. There is no regional language customer support. I lost my parcel which is from the Bank. Poor customer support. No updates to my number. Even this 1st star rating is too high for their service. Only once they tried to call me. I could not pick up the call. Once back I tried to reach him/her again, the call was not redirected.

Worst experience... In Coimbatore, the delivery person never delivered the products. I have to go and collect the product from the hub. They simply said.. you are unlocated. The people never give a call to their customers. Still, they are searching for the address like a postman.

Pathetic service, I am supposed to receive a parcel today but none till 9.00pm, there is no intimation or even the package tracker is giving right information. The customer care number does not allow to input the weighbill number, by the time the input is made, call is redirected. Even local courier services are better in service and atleast respond to calls.

They say it has been delivered in the status but it wasn't delivered. When called they would say "Sorry it was a mistake we would deliver quickly , but they wont" . Stay away. My wife's debit card from HDFC was supposed to be delivered from Bluedart, but status said it has been delivered to one person (which was a random name )and when I called they said the above reason. Still we didnt get it 6months already passed. we hotlisted the card.

Come on guys. What in the world are we living in?? I'm giving 1 star for your wonderful service because I can't give lesser than that for the wonderful service. called the customer care but the executive also not responded properly. So went in person to their courier centre in papanayakanpalayam, Coimbatore.. they have written on my parcel that I was not reachable.. No one ever called me.. worst service... The status shown was Undelivered, i had again requested the supplier to arrange delivery the next day which did not happen, no one called up, today i was shown a message saying the package would be delivered today, nobody called me up
