Bluedart service in Durgapur is the worst… terrible behaviour of people working in their office or the delivery person. I wish they can be rated lower. Franchisees should be revoked if Bluedart wants to save their brand name. Avoid using Bluedart… use Delhivery or DTDC much better service.

If it is possible I’ll give them zero rating. Their nearest hub is 14km away from my college, and my college is well known in the city they always delivery attempted address not found or out for delivery fake delivery attempts and when I talked them at their office they said we only deliver once in a week at your area.. I was shocked i mean what is this policy once in a week if the parcel is urgent for someone who is responsible for that? BLUEDART Durgapur is pathetic.. I have never seen such a bad attitude about someone’s work

So today is the day where I have to break the gates, the delivery person who is a new to my area, is an utter nuisance , if i have to compare with other delivery personnel, he is abruptly rude and professionaly not sound. The delivery person is showing his agression , if we are not receiving the parcel. I replied this person politely , that i don't have your number and neither the blue dart have provided your contact details, so how could I inform you before hand , that i will be not be receiving the parcel. And it have to go back. The person saying me ," you should have called me, you should have my number. " Bluedart does not provide digital pay, if anything has to receive in COD , i have to provide cash, and if the right amount cash is not there , this particular person cannot provide change. He is showing this type of behavior for last 1-2 months. I totally understand and relate that you are travelling door to door to deliver the parcel in this heat and you get tired easily. But please refrain from such annoying behavior. And stop sending this lethargic and rude person at my door. i unfortunately have no name to give. But the person provide service to Amarabati Durgapur.🙏 Please send a professionally sound and ethically polite one. Please Bluedart . Or i will ask the vendors to change the courier service alltogether.

Bluedart has become the worst courier service because they are making fraud by not even attempting any delivery and giving messages by the end of the day that I was not available at the time of delivery. Neither any call I have got from them nor they even tried to attempt any delivery. It has been more than a month and I'm still fighting with them over emails but they don't even bother.
